The thread through my work
I'd rather test an idea in the world than leave it on a whiteboard. Building means listening, trying, learning what breaks, and going again.

Ending food waste, one exchange at a time.
FoodXChange started as a question about food waste. It became an app where people post the food they can't finish and neighbors find it on a live map, always free.
Co-founding it has meant working through product decisions, outreach, and the hard parts of launching a two-sided marketplace.
- Share in seconds. Post surplus food with a photo and a pickup window.
- Discover nearby. Browse a live map of free food from neighbors.
- Reserve and pick up. Claim items with a pickup code and message the sharer.

Learning how new technology earns a place in a complex industry.
Revinova works where technology meets clinical research. In business development and AI, I'm learning to research real needs, communicate clearly, and understand what it takes for an idea to matter to the people who would use it.

I'm Max, a high school student from Massachusetts interested in entrepreneurship, technology, finance, and the way useful products get built. I understand an idea best when I'm working on it with other people.
FoodXChange taught me to start, test, and adapt. Revinova showed me how much there is to learn from a difficult industry and the people inside it. Model UN helped me listen and communicate across different perspectives.
I'm looking for more rooms where ambitious people challenge one another to make things real.
